The project LIFE was presented to Ferruccio Resta, Rector of the Politecnico di Milano, on the occasion of his visit to the premises of the 3D Survey Group. The team illustrated all the activities of the research group, including the work of the Architectural and Archaeological Unit on Umm al-Dabadib. In particular, we focused on the continuous exchange of information and technical solutions that takes place among the various projects of the research group. This allows to continuously test similar solutions in completely different environments, thus allowing a continuous evolution of our survey techniques.
